Built using quality materials such as old wood and dry stone, and with large picture windows, Chalet Le Tzi is located in the centre of the resort, on Place de l'Ermitage.
Plans are currently underway to integrate a restaurant/bar and/or a shop.
It will become a meeting place and a venue for various events over the next few years, thanks to a project currently being undertaken by the local authority.
It is reserved for Swiss nationals or Swiss residents who wish to buy the chalet as it stands and convert it into a public establishment.
It should be noted that the top floor could be converted into flats, but that the ground floor is intended to remain in a commercial zone.
