Rental period
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of one week.
Payment conditions
Payments are made in two steps, the first at the signing of the contract and the second 15 days before arriving in Verbier.
Payments are made by bank transfer or by credit card.
The agency will also ask the client to pay a security deposit or a inprint of the credit card will be taken at the time of the check-in.
Extras
Final cleaning is included in the price, but only if the accommodation is found in a normal state. In the case of exceeded hours than previously agreed on, a surcharge will be billed to the tenant. Rubbish bags that need to be taken away by our staff will also be charged.
Heating and electricity are included in the rental price.
Tourist taxes, telephone and eventual damage are not included in the rental. The fees will be paid with the security deposit. The available balance will be reimbursed to the tenant, one month after his departure.
If, for some particular reason, the tenant does not end up staying at the rental property, he is nevertheless bound to pay the full rental price for the period agreed on by the contract, without reduction, unless the lessor can find a replacement. In this case, the lessor has the right to the charges brought on in the search for the new taker.
Animals are not allowed at the accommodation, except with the lessor’s permission. A 100.- CHF minimum tax and an RC insurance will be asked for in this case.
Arrival and departure
The accommodation is available to the tenants from 4pm and must be vacated by 9am on the day of departure. The tenant is requested to come by the agency to take possession of the keys and fill in the formalities. In case the tenant arrives after 18:00, he is kindly requested to inform the agency.
