Sales process

Estimate of your property based on various criteria
Signing of the brokerage contract: exclusive, non-exclusive or pilot (our agency will forward the contract to other agencies)
Taking photos and creating the sales brochure, based in particular on the building plans, the charges relating to your property and any work carried out
Visiting and receiving offers
Support throughout the sale process, from preparing the documents with the buyer to signing the deed at the notary's office
Handover of the keys on the day the balance is paid
